Dear Climate Culinarians,
Things are going to change in this newsletter! You’ll still get recipes, reading recs and info from the intersection where climate change & food meet. There will still be one topic per month - with a different chunk delivered to you each Thursday.
From seed saving to solar-powered kitchens: Each month, this newsletter deals with a different topic, and each week is dedicated to a different focus.
This is the new, weekly schedule:
1st Thursdays: Food For Thought, Part 1 (explainer/problems)
2nd Thursdays: Food For Thought, Part 2 (solutions/action)
3rd Thursdays: Reading Room (book & media recommendations)
4th Thursdays: Digging In (recipe)
And if there’s a 5th Thursday: Spread the Word (writing tips)
I’m excited to see which of the weekly posts you’re going to read, share, and comment on the most. Oh, wait: I would love to hear what you think about this new publishing rhythm, too!
